Business Need

An European BPO company was spending too much time and resources to monitor the performance of the team and propose a training schedule based on the shortcomings.

The Problem

The company was using the old paper-based method to record the performance of each employee. Manual methods were giving incorrect results and consuming precious time.

Solution

A web based solution was designed for the call centre unit to record the performance of an employee in real time to generate the individual performance score. Based on the score and the area where improvement is needed the team leader proposes the training schedule for the employee.
