Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied and hence all plans purchased on the Infimetrics platform are eligible for refund, provided the request meets the guidelines in our refund policy.

How to request for a refund?

  • You can request the refund during business hours (Mon-Sat: 10am-6pm).

After you’ve submitted your refund request, you will also be sent an email confirming that your request has been processed

Once the request has been validated by our team, we will process your refund immediately. The amount will be credited to your original payment method within 15-20 business days, depending on your bank and payment method.
